Our retail training facilitators are the best, most experienced in the world. And while our trainers are without equal, we also recognize that the programs they teach, and the way they teach them, can be replicated. Being certified to train a program is—without doubt—the most powerful management development experience your employees can have. It simply makes sense for large organizations to offer our training “in-house” and facilitated by full-time employees of your organization certified by MOHR retail. This cost-efficient way to train scores of your employees with discounted participant fees has been chosen by many of our satisfied clients. The certification is rigorous—a minimum of four days. But the end result is a valuable asset to your company training program. Session workbooks for each program can be purchased from us for future sessions by the trainers. Just as with sessions facilitated by us, the workbooks can be tailored according to the needs of the company. It’s the next best thing to facilitation by MOHR Retail trainers, and because we stay in touch and monitor their progress, your employees increase their skills as they train. Train the Trainer Costs per Program RMM: $13,125 for up to 6 candidates. Cost Includes up to six complete sets of detailed Trainer’s Guides, DVDs with all video components, sets of professional wall charts illustrating all key points and strategies, and electronic copies of planning forms. Buy it once. Pricing includes certification for all modules. Even if you aren’t using them today, modules will be ready when you want to use them. After certification, all participant materials needed to facilitate the training are available at a discount. |
